These services are delivered by Marievan, a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience across acute hospital care, aged care, occupational health, and hematology nursing in the Philippines, New Zealand, and Australia.

Marievan’s broad clinical background allows her to confidently manage and support clients who require more complex or technical nursing interventions at home. She takes the time to listen, assess, and tailor care plans that prioritize safety, dignity, and comfort.

We offer a comprehensive range of clinical nursing services including, but not limited to:

  • Medication Management & Administration

Includes tablets, injections (e.g., insulin), patches, eye/ear drops.

  • Wound Care & Dressing Changes

Chronic wounds, post-operative wounds, pressure injuries.

  • Catheter Care & Continence Management

Insertion, maintenance, and education for indwelling and suprapubic catheters.

  • Stoma Care

Support for colostomy, ileostomy, urostomy care.

  • PEG Feeding Support

Setup, maintenance, and monitoring of enteral feeding systems.

  • Health Assessments & Care Plans

Includes risk assessments (falls, pressure injuries) and tailored care planning.

Our services include:

  • Comprehensive post-discharge assessments and care planning

  • Wound care, catheter management, and medication reconciliation

  • Monitoring for signs of complications or hospital readmission risks

  • Support with mobility, personal care, and routine establishment

  • Coordination with GPs, allied health providers, and family members

  • Education for clients and carers on medication, equipment, and recovery needs

At Custodia™ Care, we understand the unique challenges faced by individuals undergoing cancer treatment or living with blood disorders. With a strong background in hospital-based haematology nursing, our Registered Nurse brings skilled, compassionate care directly to your home—supporting clients before, during, and after chemotherapy or transfusions.

Our oncology support services include:

  • Monitoring and symptom management during chemotherapy cycles

  • Post-chemo observation and recovery support

  • CVAD (central venous access device) care: flushing, dressing changes, site monitoring

  • PICC line and Port-a-Cath maintenance and education

  • Management of side effects such as fatigue, nausea, mucositis, and infection risk

  • Blood pressure, temperature, and vital signs monitoring

  • Emotional support and education for patients and their families

  • Liaison with oncologists, haematologists, and pharmacists to ensure continuity of care

Supporting someone with dementia requires patience, empathy, and clinical skill. At Custodia™ Care, we deliver personalised in-home support that promotes safety, dignity, and emotional wellbeing for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.

With extensive hands-on experience caring for elderly clients in both aged care facilities and hospital environments, our Registered Nurse understands the unique needs of those affected by memory loss, confusion, and behavioural changes.

Our dementia care services include:

  • Daily care routines tailored to the client’s needs and preferences

  • Gentle assistance with personal care, grooming, and nutrition

  • Strategies for managing anxiety, restlessness, and sundowning

  • Communication techniques that respect dignity and reduce distress

  • Falls prevention and safe mobility support

  • Medication monitoring and administration

  • Cognitive stimulation and meaningful engagement

  • Support for family caregivers, including respite and education

  • Coordination with GPs, geriatricians, and dementia care teams

Chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease require consistent, skilled monitoring to prevent complications and hospital readmissions. At Custodia™ Care, we provide proactive, nurse-led support in the comfort of your home—designed to keep you or your loved one safe, stable, and empowered.

With a strong clinical background in acute care and long-term management of older adults in aged care and community settings, our Registered Nurse offers:

  • Regular blood glucose monitoring (BGLs) and insulin administration

  • Blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation checks

  • Medication reviews and adherence support

  • Wound care for diabetic ulcers or pressure injuries

  • Early detection of complications and escalation to medical teams

  • Lifestyle education and health coaching

  • Monitoring of comorbidities such as heart failure, COPD, or arthritis

  • Coordination with GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals

Support in managing fatigue, mobility, hydration, and nutrition

At Custodia™ Care, we believe in providing comfort, dignity, and peace for individuals and families navigating the final stages of life. With deep clinical experience in acute hospital care, aged care, and managing complex health conditions, our Registered Nurse delivers sensitive, person-centered care designed to ease physical symptoms and emotional burdens during this profoundly important time.

Our palliative and end-of-life care services include:

  • Pain and symptom management (breathlessness, agitation, nausea, pressure injuries)

  • Medication administration, including end-of-life comfort medications

  • Emotional support for clients and their families

  • Coordination with GPs, palliative specialists, and spiritual support if desired

  • Regular monitoring and clinical assessments

  • Assistance with personal care in a gentle, respectful manner

  • Education for family and caregivers on what to expect and how to help

  • Guidance through the end-of-life process with warmth and professionalism

Fees Schedule

All fees include GST. ABN: 56688334885

Fee schedule current as of July 2025. Verbal agreements not binding.

  • Weekdays (Monday-Friday, 7am–6pm): $130 per hour

  • Weekends (Saturday-Sunday): $160 per hour

  • Public Holidays: $180 per hour

  • Minimum Booking: 1 hour (charged in 15-minute increments after first hour)

  • $1.40 per kilometre from Morayfield State School (196-230 Morayfield Rd, Morayfield QLD 4506)

  • Calculated for return trips via shortest Google Maps route

  • 24+ hours notice: No charge

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of booked fee

  • No-show (nurse arrives): 100% of booked fee

  • EFTPOS payments only (no cash/cheques accepted)

  • Payment required immediately after service completion

  • Digital receipt emailed within 1 hour

  1. Weekend timing: Applies 12:01AM Saturday to 11:59PM Sunday

  2. Public holidays: Follows official Queensland government listings

  3. Travel fees: Apply to all locations outside Morayfield 4506 postcode

  4. Fees reviewed: Annually every January

  5. Emergency exemption: Medical emergencies waived from cancellation fees (with doctor's certificate)
